Osvaldo Borsani (1911-1985), an Italian designer and architect, was born into a family of furniture makers. A pioneer who was always attracted by innovation and technology, he founded the firm “TECNO” with his twin brother Fulgenzio in 1953.
During the 60s, Borsani, together with Marco Fantoni & Valeria Borsani, created the “CENTRO PROGETTI TECNO” for the development of new products.
The MODUS system won awards such as the SMAU (Salone Macchine Attrezzature Ufficio) in 1973.
